FIRST Lego League Challenge

Our Years 7 & 8 robotics team travelled to Gatwick on Thursday to compete in this year’s FIRST Lego League Challenge. The competition involved three rounds in which their self-built robot tackled challenges on a game mat. Each round was a learning experience and the team steadily improved their score, demonstrating impressive resilience and strategic thinking. They also delivered a detailed presentation on the real-world challenge of problems and problem-solving.

The team faced difficulties head-on, learned from their mistakes and supported each other every step of the way. Our boys showed incredible skill, teamwork and critical thinking; with the third highest score overall.
