The Windlesham spirit shone through on Saturday 8 July.  Whether it was in the whole school singing, the musical or dance performances or in the thoughtful and well-articulated alumni speeches, the joy, enthusiasm, sense of purpose and creativity was clearly evident at our Speech Day. The opportunity to share all of this with our families and community was wonderful and the pride on the children’s faces was great to see.

One of the special presentations on speech day was the announcement of the winners of the Spirit of Windlesham. A unique award with a very special trophy – it is given to the children who have been recognized as bringing the best out of whomever they are with and by also contributing to a culture of collective support and success. These elements are essential in any community and at all times, we are fostering a spirit of mutual support, encouragement and kindness. Many congratulations to our winners, Olivia and Harry. We look forward to seeing that they achieve in the coming year and how their £50 makes a real difference to others.
